Saemes has won the contract to operate the Bac Montalembert car park (7th arrondissement). This public park has 417 parking spaces for vehicles and 20 spaces for motorized two-wheelers on 6 levels.
Saemes will renovate this parking lot from February 2023 to :
- create specific areas for motorcycles (40 spaces, including 10 for electric bikes) and bicycles (45 spaces)
- install electrical vehicle charging stations: 6 on the 1st level of 22 kVa and 174 of 7 kVa, for subscribers, from levels -3 to -5.
- bring technical installations up to current standards and ensure customer safety
- improve reception, customer comfort and accessibility for people with reduced mobility
- replace the parking access system
