Persons with disabilities : SAEMES has partnered with training centres that welcome disabled workers and train them for new occupations. In particular, these centres offer degree programmes and qualifying training courses that prepare trainees to become operations officers.
Helping disadvantages individuals find employment : SAEMES has partnered with organisations tasked with fostering job opportunities for people excluded from the workforce (PLIE or local plan for integration and employment, job offices, social workers, etc.).
Sustainable development : SAEMES was the first French car park operator to be ISO 14001 certified (environmental management).
