Our teams work 24/7 to ensure the smooth-running and security of more than 70 car parks. They can remotely respond to technical alarms, control the access, monitor via CCTV, be contacted by telephone and intercom, and much more.
We have invested heavily in technology: desks equipped with screens face a wall of high definition plasma screens showing live video footage.
The Monitoring Centre responds to over 3,000 calls a week and regularly helps customers with car park access problems.
