
Gender equality : in 2012 SAEMES signed a company-wide agreement confirming its desire to pursue a company policy of genuine equality between men and women from the time of hiring and at all stages of employment. In addition, a post-maternity leave scheme was created.
Training : SAEMES goes beyond its legal obligations in this area. In 2011 2.9% of the payroll was dedicated to training and 75% of staff members completed one or more training courses.
The company also provides technical assistance to employees facing difficulties in their lives.
